📍 Property Address:

7 Kabeljou Street, Langebaan, Western Cape
(3rd house on the right once you turn onto Kabeljou Street)

🚙 If You're Traveling from Cape Town City Centre (±125km | ~1.5 hrs):

  1. Take the R27 north toward Langebaan.

  2. Continue straight until you reach the Engen 1 Stop service station.

  3. Turn left at the Langebaan turnoff just past the Engen.

  4. Stay on this road and drive through three traffic circles:

    • The 1st circle is near Langebaan Country Estate on your right.

    • The 2nd circle is near the Spar Shopping Centre on your right.

  5. Continue past the NG Kerk (church).

  6. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Kabeljou Street.

  7. We are at number 7 – the 3rd house on the right.

✈️ If You're Traveling from Cape Town International Airport:

  1. Head southeast on Airport Approach Road.

  2. Keep left and merge onto Settlers Way (N2) toward Cape Town.

  3. Take Exit 14 for M7/Jakes Gerwel Drive toward Bonteheuwel.

  4. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for M7 North.

  5. Merge onto Jakes Gerwel Drive (M7), then onto the N7 (partial toll road).

  6. Exit onto the R27 toward Paarden Eiland/Velddrif.

  7. Continue on the R27 north for approx. 125km.

  8. Turn left at the Langebaan turnoff, just past the Engen 1 Stop.

  9. Drive straight and pass through three traffic circles:

    • 1st near Langebaan Country Estate

    • 2nd near Spar Shopping Centre

  10. Continue 500m past the NG Kerk, then turn right onto Kabeljou Street.

  11. You’ll find House Number 7 — the 3rd house on the right.
